| I got a really good price for the Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased. The salesman and Finance Manager both were a great help and explained everything and answered all my questions. The only disappoint I had was that all most all of the Santa Fe's that were available were with a Tan interior and I really wanted something darker, like the gray or black. | This is my second Santa Fe, the first was a 2004. They just keep getting better and better. The one thing I would say is that I chose the navigation system without really realizing that I would lose my 6 CD changer. I take long road trips and really like listening to books on tape. Now I will have to put in one disk at a time. Wish you could make it so that you could have both navigation and the multi CD changer. Love my car. |

He was honest, and dependable. We found later that the cargo net was not in the vehicle, and teleponed to inquire about it. He arranged to have it delivered to our home on the very next business day. What can I say about Adam Ferry and his help with my new Santa Fe? That was one of the most painless car-buying experiences I've ever had! I didn't even have a clue that this SUV was so loaded. He said it was the cheapest one they had, and let me tell you, it's got EXTRAS!!! Comfortable seats, a really cool computer that calculates mileage, and this awesome iPod system I can control from the steering wheel. Are you kidding? WOW. Plus, it's AWD and as you can see by looking out the window, I'm using it! I can't say thanks enough Adam. Don't ever leave McDonald and I'll be back when my wife's care wears out.

Bright and friendly facility, with people who obviously want to make sure the customer comes first. I shopped many dealerships before purchasing at McDonald Hyundai.
Service department is extremely friendly and you get a good feeling right away when you come in. I feel well taken care of and it is the way it should be here.
So many places have customer service problems and I do not feel that way about McDonald Hyundai.
I like also that if I need a car to use they always will provide one.

I would like to take a few moments to compliment your service department. On September 19th 2009 I was experiencing issues with my 2007 Hyundai Azera. I called Bill Bloom Service Advisor and explained the situation. He was extremely professional on the phone and offered roadside assistance and provided me with the telephone number should my car not make it to your facility.
I brought my car in and Bill greeted me in the service bay. He took my information and got right on the problem. I had my 5 year old daughter with me and he acknowledged her and was extremely friendly! Realizing that we were going to have to wait for service, Bill was able to get my car in very promptly. Bill updated us on the progress of the car shortly after the problem was diagnosed. In less than 1 1/2 hours my car was fixed and we were on our way.
Being in management for 15+ years, I realize the importance of great customer service. I also realize there are alot of people that impact a customers visit to your establishment. Please send my thanks to all people involved in making this visit an extremely pleasant experience(as pleasant as it could be when dealing with car issues). this type of customer service will keep bringing customers back to Hyundai. In these tough economic times, customers do have a choice and are choosing wisely and I appriciate all the help that I recieved on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks for your time.

I appreciated the way you handled our purchase in a straight-forward, no nonsense, all business manner. I asked for your best price - you gave it.
You clearly explained the additional items available (such as an extended warranty) but applied no pressure to buy. At all times you were most pleasant and friendly.
