This was my first time buying a car and the staff at McDonald Hyundai really took great care making sure I got into the right car for me at a price I could afford. Michelle Britton was amazing and really made me feel like she cared about me as a person and not just a sale. It was a bit of a long process but Michelle and Shane Schnacker (financing) were there every step of the way. I am so happy with my 2011 Sonata and love my new McDonald Hyundai family...I won't go anywhere else to buy a car because I know that they are the best!"

My experience in purchasing my Tuscon was one that was wonderful and overwhelming. I am glad for your direction. I will tell you a story...My father sold Hyundai's some time ago and was a Five Start Coordinator for Chrystler dealerships. Therefore the customer service what I am geared toward and understand. My experience this day of Feb 23, 2013 was very gratifying. It was a big deal for me to purchase a new vehicle. I am pleased that the experience was pleasant for my father and I. We have been in the car industry for a number of years and I think that the overall ecperience was so new and different... to sell a car was the same concept, but yet we knew the industry was changing. ANdi the vehicles were something fo the era of 2013. It made us realize the industry will go on and thrive with a new knowledge and technology. I will admit it was different than I remember. But the same concept remains, sell the vehicle with the utmost respect to the consumer.

Torii Beeding was our Sales person and he took care of us as soon as we pulled on the lot.  I was very comfortable and felt like he gave us the best deal possible. We drove 3 hours to get there and he made it worth the trip.  Everybody at the dealership made us feel at home and all were very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us.

Our experience with Hamid Shirazi at McDonald Hyundai was very positive. We called about a used minivan and arrived about an hour later. We couldn't find it on the lot, but that's because Hamid had already brought it around and parking it in front of the building for us to test drive. The vehicle had been professionally detailed and looked great. After the test drive, Hamid worked with us to get the price down to within our budget and never tried to apply any hard-sell tactics. After all was said and done, it was a very low-key, hassle-free experience...not something you usually expect when you go to buy a used car.

We are 3rd time buyers, all 3 times without a glitch, and I don't plan on working with any other dealership. Worked with Nate Hager, who is truly straight-up and extremely helpful. This is the kind of place that isn't afraid to lay out every option on the table. When they quote you a price they aren't hiding extra fees to add on at the end. Best sales process I've seen. It doesn't hurt that Hyundai makes fantastic cars!

I went into the dealership today wanting to inquire more about hyundai vehicles and what they have to offer. I worked with Ken Muilenburg who was super helpful and patient with us. I was driving a Subaru and I loved my Subaru but it kept having costly problems one thing after another would break. I took it to a shop for an estimate on what it would cost to have fixed. While in the shop I decided that I might just want a newer car. I called a car dealer friend and he advised me that the new Hyundais are worth looking into. They have a great warranty and are beating all of their competitors. I called McDonald Hyundai and spoke with Nate Hagar. I explained my situtation to him and that I would take the bus to come look at maybe buying a new car. Nate was kind enough to offer to pick me up. Mr. Hager took the time to get to know me and my needs, as well as letting me tour a dozen different options. He helped me find the perfect car for me and my family. I love my Hyundai Sonata in venetian red, with built in blue tooth. I am also so thrilled with my worry free warranties and the service Nate ... I was looking at a Sonata I saw on line, and called the store. I spoke with Ken Muilenburg, and I could tell over the phone he was a pleasant person. When I went to the dealership he had the car ready, and gave me the best explanation of features I have ever had at a dealership. After we drove the car, he presented me with purchase information, but never pressured me to buy the car. He explained everything clearly, and showed extreme patience. I loved working with Ken, it was really the best experience I have ever had. I was then assisted by his manager, Robert who was another patient and caring person. He gave me so much factual information I could see how great the deal was. Working with these guys was not like being at a car dealership. I literally felt that I was among friends, and I am so pleased that I have already told everyone I talk to, including my Doctor to buy a car from them. I feel blessed that I made that call.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had..and I have bought few new cars over the years so I would know. I had been looking for a new SUV and I knew I needed to check out Hyundai. I walked in and was greeted by Hamid Shirazi. Hamid asked what my preferences in colors and options were and immediately took me to the one I wanted to see. He offered to let my wife and I take it for a extended test drive to check it out. I fell in love with the Santa Fe immediately. Hamid is Subjuct Matter Expert when it comes to his knowledge of the Hyundai model line up and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with his easy going demeanor with no pressure and allowed my wife and I to take our time making our decision. By now it was after closing time when we started the paperwork. Also just as impressive, Hamid and the other MdDonald team members stayed till just before midnight finishing up my purchase. I got a great deal and I love my Santa Fe. I would definitaly recommend Hamid and the McDonald Hyundai team.

It had everything I could have hoped for, and more: heated seats (front and back seats), navigation system, back-up camera, etc. Doing business with Jeff was a pleasure, and I knew he was being honest with me from the start. Once I found the car I liked, he encouraged me to look at other 2011/2012 Sonatas to see what else was in stock - he didn't pressure ... Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Limited from McDonald Hyundai. Bright and friendly facility, with people who obviously want to make sure the customer comes first.  I shopped many dealerships before purchasing at McDonald Hyundai. 
Service department is extremely friendly and you get  a good feeling right away when you come in.  I feel well taken care of and it is the way it should be here.
So many places have customer service problems and I do not feel that way about McDonald Hyundai.
I like also that if I need a car to use they always will provide one.

 Jeff, I did not realize July was your first month in the Auto Industry. I thought you said you worked with Toyota prior to coming to Hyundai.I appreciated the way you handled our purchase in a straight-forward, no nonsense, all business manner. I asked for your best price - you gave it.

You clearly explained the additional items available (such as an extended warranty) but applied no pressure to buy. At all times you were most pleasant and friendly.Pat and I enjoyed the whole experience.
I cannot suggest any areas requiring improvement.
