JD Power Survey

JD Powers does annual studies on quality of new vehicles.  The study is based upon problems (warranty claims) per vehicle.  Hyundai has continued to rank high, but there were two big suprises.

1) Ford ranked higher than it has in a very long time.

2) Toyota has more than just accelerater problems in that they fell to 21st.  The lowest in 20 years.  Their continued push to be #1 in the world has led to major drops in the quality of their vehicles.

McDonald Hyundai has master technicians that are able to quickly and correctly diagnose problems as they arise, but as you can see they have much fewer problems than the industry average.
